How will you make an impact in this role?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Planner/PrintFlow Specialist to serve as the corporate PrintFlow Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is pivotal in leading the implementation, training, and optimization of PrintFlow across multiple plant locations, including Minnesota, Aurora, Salt Lake City, and any newly acquired facilities. The ideal candidate will also act as a Plant Scheduler and lead initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency and platform-wide loading optimization.
What you’ll do:

Coordinate and lead PrintFlow implementation and training across designated plant locations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support PrintFlow processes and training.

Serve as Plant Scheduler for at least one plant within the MRP network.

Lead the “PrintFlow Users Group” through regularly scheduled meetings to promote learning and best practice adoption among schedulers.

Provide ongoing support to plant schedulers to ensure full utilization of PrintFlow and optimization of plant loading.

Conduct detailed analyses and provide recommendations for platform-wide loading optimization, considering:

Freight costs

Workload balance across plants (e.g., overtime demand, lack of work)

Lead times
-
Production costs (e.g., longer runs on faster/wider equipment)

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to determine optimal placement of new work prior to acquisition.

Work with sales and operations to project future needs for additional equipment, capacity, and capabilities.
What does it take to be successful in this role?
Basic Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience in enterprise planning for multiple manufacturing sites in print/packaging industry
-
Proven expert-level experience with PrintFlow
-
Experience utilizing PrintFlow to drive demonstrated results in increasing throughput and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex operational analyses.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to facilitate training and lead user groups.

Experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling, preferably in a multi-plant environment.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments including sales and operations.

Proficiency in documentation and process development.
