Ready to make an impact on a global scale? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and client-focused Customer Service Officer to power up our International Distributors (ID) team in Baar. As the vital link between our international clients and internal departments, you’ll be the key link between our global clients and internal departments—solving problems, answering questions, and helping ideas take flight. Our ID team drives Biscoff® growth in 45+ countries, working with distributors to deliver excellence in sales, marketing, forecasting, and supply chain. If you're a flexible multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, international setting, we’d love to meet you. You’ll report directly to the Finance Manager ID & Lotus Bakeries International und Schweiz AG.
As our new Customer Service Officer (ID), you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting international clients with top-notch service—combining administrative precision with proactive collaboration across departments to make things happen
- Managing export administration tasks like processing orders and invoices, coordinating logistics, handling certificates, maintaining client files, and resolving complaints
- Partnering with our sales team to deliver clear reporting on orders, delivery timelines, pricing, and volumes—and assisting marketing with product launches, client requests, and design follow-ups
- Working closely with internal teams—planning, warehousing, expedition—to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect shape

- Solid command of ERP systems (especially SAP) and Microsoft tools—you know your way around the digital essentials
