Tradeweb Europe is looking to recruit an effective, bright and personable team administrator with a can-do attitude to provide solid, efficient and pro-active administrative support to the Senior Management Team and wider business, which will include Managing Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and scheduling travel
- Processing expenses
- Creating and printing PowerPoint presentations
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating diaries
- Other ad-hoc work as required
- Support all teams with general admin: photocopying, binding, post, couriers, filling
- Assist with providing Reception cover as required:
- Meeting & greeting guests, answering the phone, getting refreshments, keeping meeting rooms stocked and tidy
Skills Required:
- Proven administrative experience is essential
- Experience having worked in the finance industry is not essential but desirable
- Attention to detail & motivated to deliver a high level of support
- IT proficient; Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload and multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Shows initiative, proactive, acts with a sense of urgency
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
- Punctual
Working hours are 8am - 5.30pm
3 days per week in the office in the London office
