Sr Systems Engineer na TAB Bank

The Senior Security Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the Bank’s core infrastructure. This role manages day-to-day operations, maintenance, support and also ensure systems are secure, highly available, and scalable to support the Bank’s strategic goals. The Senior Systems Engineer also serves as a technical mentor to colleagues, contributes to strategic planning, and partners with both IT leadership and business units to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support network and security teams with system integrations, patching, and hardening.
• Partner with application, data, and security teams to ensure infrastructure supports business needs.
• Participate in disaster recovery strategy, planning, testing, and execution.
• Automate routine administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity, stability, or security risks.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex production issues, including root cause analysis.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 7+ years of progress IT infrastructure experience or equivalent experience
• Extensive technical knowledge of Servers/Blade Enclosures.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. Including installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup solutions, enterprise storage (SAN/NAS), scripting, monitoring, and automation
• Extensive hands-on system support experience with virtualization such as VMware
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS
• Advanced knowledge with implementing/renewing keys and Digital Certificates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with strong collaboration and attention to detail.
