  • Support development of high-impact executive presentations, including slide creation, content structure, and visual storytelling for CEO and Board audiences
  • Own and maintain core tools including org charts, initiative trackers, dashboards, and planning frameworks

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to the CEO to ensure alignment with company-wide priorities and operational standards
  • Support acquisition activities by coordinating information requests, managing timelines, and facilitating smooth due diligence and integration efforts

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional business operations or program management in technology and/or product organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational rigor with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and process improvements
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with strong ability to produce polished, executive-level PowerPoint materials
  • Ability to work comfortably with C-level executives to manage expectations and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
