Pay Range
Pay Range is $17.97 to $20.00
The Service Coordinator position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $17.97 and $20.00.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive
- Answer a multiple line phone system
- Complete service documents as necessary
- Create service appointments and make follow-up calls
- Assist in managing the service loaner fleet
- Embody hospitality every day in every way
- Work well in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Multiple-line telephone experience is important
- Manage/deescalate high stress calls
- Able to meet and greet the public with enthusiasm
- Display the highest level of professionalism
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to utilize computerized tracking systems
- Previous Service or Phone experience within a dealership is a huge plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Pass a drug test
- Pass a criminal background screening
