The Mary T. Family of Companies is currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician, who will focus on painting and landscaping duties among a variety of properties owned and operated by our company throughout the Twin Cities Metro area.
As a Maintenance Technician you will handle painting and landscaping requests and assignments at homes, programs, and properties throughout The Mary T. Family of Companies. Experience with painting and landscaping services is required. You will be given a company phone and company vehicle to use during your working hours.
- $25 - $30 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday (daytime hours) and on-call (usually every 9th week).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience required
- Experience with landscaping installation, planting, etc. required
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Pass a criminal background and driving record check
