• Saturday, Oct. 4 | 12 PM – 3 PM

Open Position: Site Supervisor:
The Site Supervisor oversees daily operations at Hubbard Family Swim School, including safety, customer service, swim instruction, facilities, and staff management. This leadership role ensures a welcoming, family-oriented environment while supporting staff and delivering a positive swim experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health, safety, and high-quality swim instruction

• Lead, train, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service

• Communicate professionally with families and resolve concerns

• Manage schedules, facilities, and overall operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma + 2 years related experience

• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)

• 2-year commitment

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Enjoyment of water and working with youth

• CPR/First Aid, Lifeguard, and Food Manager certifications (or willingness to obtain)
