Position Description

Infinite Electronics Inc., a global supplier of electronics components and subassemblies, is seeking to fill a Senior Product Line Manager position. This position entails growing the existing business of the RF Interconnects product line, bringing it to the next level with the definition and execution of the strategic plan and new product roadmap and managing the RF Products group. This position requires a comprehensive knowledge of RF and RF Interconnects products and their markets and applications and experience to lead a team of high-performing product line managers and product specialists.

Infinite Electronics’ brands include Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, L-Com Global Connectivity, MilesTek, Aiconics, Polyphaser, Transtector, Integra Optic, Bulgin, Show Me Cables, and NavePoint.

This is the opportunity for an ambitious and seasoned Product Line Manager to drive the growth of the entire RF business and have an immediate impact. The successful candidate is intellectually agile and jumps from detailed financial analysis to high level strategic plan, tactical new products execution, team priority settings and collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal functions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· The position reports to the Vice President of Product Management, is responsible of the assigned product line and manages the RF Products group, which consists of product line managers and product specialists.

· In charge of all aspects of product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including definition of the products offering, negotiation with product suppliers, new products launch and pricing.

· Develop, manage, and own product strategy, products, technology, and roadmaps.

· Identify, manage, and grow suppliers of RF Interconnects products to achieve revenue growth objectives.

· Coach, lead, assess and develop team members and assign tasks and activities to maximize their outputs and reach objectives.

· Proactively drive new high-intensity products release pipeline.

· Enhance profitability through close collaboration with external suppliers and internal teams.

· Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies.

· Create business cases and PRDs, assess market size, competitors, and their share, formulate product benefits.

· Identify market needs and trends through interaction with customers and suppliers, analyze and monitor officially known information, and attend industry events and trade shows.

· Work with sales in developing strategies to successfully win opportunities.

· Build relationships with suppliers, internal sales teams, and customers.

· Develop technical collateral in close collaboration with engineering and marketing.

· Provide product expertise and training for other departments, distributors, and customers.

Key Requirements

· Master’s degree in electrical engineering, with specialization in RF.

· 15+ years of working experience in Product Management, with previous roles in Business Development, Sales or Application Engineering for RF Interconnects products, sold in a multitude of markets and applications.

· 5+ years of working experience leading and developing teams of product line managers and product specialists.

· Established relations with all key players in the RF Interconnects and RF industry.

· Strong technical expertise and in-depth understanding of the RF industry landscape, dynamics, value chain, pricing structures, technology and product trends related to the product line.

· Documented success with the development and execution of new product strategies and roadmaps.

· Proven ability to create and present complex business cases to internal and external stakeholders.

· Demonstrated history of commercial success with existing business and new product introduction.

· Regular practice of financial models, market-based pricing, and stage gate process.

· MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) proficiency.

Preferred Requirements

· High level of comfort with online marketing and ecommerce.

· Experience in private labelling of B-to-B products.

· Database management tools proficiency.

· Negotiation of supplier agreement.

· Exposure to availability model.

Physical Job Requirements

· This position is primarily a sedentary office position working in a controlled, quiet office environment.

· Must be able to communicate effectively via video conferencing, phone, and written correspondence.

· Occasional travel may be required depending on project or business needs.
