About the Role

What’s the mission you’ll drive
Accelerate the execution of the CF product roadmap by delivering deep customer data insights and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination, enabling the team to ship high-impact features faster and more effectively.
What you will do
Deliver a Foundational Analysis of the User Activation by conducting a comprehensive deep-dive into the new user journey, identifying the top friction points with data-backed evidence and presenting actionable recommendations to senior product leadership.
Manage the execution process from pre-sprint planning to post-launch monitoring, ensuring all dependencies (Design, Legal, Marketing) are resolved and committed user stories are delivered.
Build and automate a weekly dashboard tracking core product metrics that becomes the single source of truth for the CF squad's performance reviews.
Create a Prioritized Backlog of Data-Driven Improvements by using customer data and market analysis, develop a backlog of vetted and impact-sized improvement ideas for one key area (e.g., recurring usage) to support future roadmap planning.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle and building product roadmaps
1-4 years of direct product management experience, owning the full product lifecycle (ideation, discovery, delivery, iteration) for a digital product in a high-growth tech environment. desirable Fintech or B2C experience is a major plus.
Proven track record of shipping products that delivered measurable user or business outcomes (e.g., increased conversion, improved retention, revenue growth, or operational efficiency).
Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements or specifications (e.g., user stories) and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, balancing user needs against technical constraints, business goals, and legal/compliance requirements.
Proven ability to drive product strategy with data.
Must be able to provide a clear example of a time they used data analysis (SQL required) to uncover a non-obvious user insight that led to a specific feature being built and a measurable business outcome.
Verifiable experience using a combination of quantitative (e.g., SQL, analytics tools) and qualitative data (e.g., user interviews) to make a critical product decision, such as prioritizing a feature or pivoting a strategy.
Possesses a strong ability to independently query, analyze, and synthesize complex datasets to find the "so what" that others miss. Translates raw data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Possesses outstanding Pragmatic Prioritization Skills
Methodically evaluates opportunities based on potential impact, effort, and strategic alignment. Is skilled at providing the analytical support needed to make tough trade-off decisions.
Helps the Senior PM make trade-off decisions by providing clear data on the potential impact vs. effort for each proposed feature, enabling a more objective roadmap discussion.
Have solid collaboration execution capabilities
Acts as a reliable communication hub, ensuring seamless coordination between functions. Translates product requirements into clear, actionable guidance for Engineering and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and blockers.
Goes beyond simple stakeholder updates to craft compelling narratives that inspire teams, persuade executives, and align the entire organization around a customer problem and its solution.
Your goal is not to have all the answers but to ask smart questions and learn from your technical counterparts. You build trust by being an engaged and respectful partner to engineers.

You’re not expected to own a P&L, but you should be intensely curious about the business. You ask questions to understand the "so what" behind the data.
While analyzing user behavior, You notice a pattern and ask, "I see users from this marketing channel are dropping off faster. Could this be impacting our Customer Acquisition Cost? You provide the data that informs the business case.
