Pendo is seeking a contract Recruiter to support our GTM organization. You will play an important role in sourcing and hiring top talent, with an emphasis on sales hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing software company and make a meaningful impact on our hiring goals.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top GTM talent across the US market.
  • Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Support the offer process, including communication with candidates and coordination with HR.

Employer Branding

  • Represent Pendo as a brand ambassador during candidate interactions.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to share Pendo’s culture and values throughout the candidate journey.

Process Support & Collaboration

  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and maintain candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and People teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter with success in filling GTM roles in SaaS or technical industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and other recruiting tools, ModernLoop, Greenhouse, BrightHire
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.

Compensation 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected hourly range for this role in the following location is: US $60-$75 Hr.

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
