The Merchandiser will assist Palermo’s retail partners in putting back stock, setting and maintaining displays to meet standards, and reporting via email and voice mail opportunities and obstacles to Senior Account Managers.  It is also the responsibility of the Merchandiser to build positive working relationships with store personnel. 

Position Details:

• Pay: $18–20/hr

• Location: Servicing stores in the Stevens Point/Plover and Wisconsin Rapids area

• Hours: 8–12 hours per week, depending on ad activity

• Schedule: Primarily Saturday and Sunday, with possible shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as needed

Responsibilities: 

• Create attractive product displays to standard.
• Follow instructions and execute to standard.
• Be creative when adapting standards to available stock levels.
• The Merchandiser assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Account Manager.

• A positive attitude.

Education and Experience 

• High school diploma or equivalent or in progress.
• One year merchandising experience or one year of department sales associate experience - preferred, but training is available
