Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues covered under manufacturer or company warranties.
• Respond to warranty service calls promptly and professionally.
• Replace or repair defective fixtures, water heaters, pipes, and other plumbing components in line with warranty terms.
• Conduct inspections to determine warranty eligibility and root cause of failures.
• Clearly explain problems, solutions, and maintenance tips to customers.
• Document service findings with photos, detailed notes, and parts used for warranty claim submission.
• Accurately prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, tools, and service vehicle.
• Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and updates.
• Follow all plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Represent the company with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
• Plumbing license: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
