About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Coordinator / Human Resources Associate to support our HR, and office operations. This role combines HR, recruiting, and benefit administration, and general office management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent interpersonal skills, is tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Office Coordination & Culture
· Curate culture by coordinating in-office benefits (weekly office lunch, office snacks) and outside office activities. Additionally, run pulse checks and engagement surveys with employees regarding these benefits.
· Work with executive team to arrange and support various functions and administrative duties.
· Liaise with building management for day-to-day needs.
· Ensure and maintain a clean and organized office environment
· Provide overall office administrative support as needed
HR, Recruiting & Employee Benefit Support
· Administer employee benefits and manage employee benefit changes (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k).
· Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., Colorado FAMLI, employment law shifts) and propose proactive updates so the company is always ahead of compliance.
· Help shape workforce planning by partnering with leadership on hiring needs, job descriptions and job postings.
· Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate sources, etc) and present insights monthly.
· Build dashboards on HR metrics (turnover, benefit utilization, engagement) to be used by leadership for decision-making.
· Initiate COBRA, assist employees with FAMLI claims, and respond to unemployment claims.
IT & Equipment Management
· Coordinate with 3rd party IT support for laptop purchase and setup for new employees, and to wipe obsolete laptops for destruction.
· Monitor and maintain computer listing, ensuring an adequate backup inventory of laptops on hand at all times.
· Purchase monitors, keyboards, and other office equipment.
Qualifications
· Familiarity with recruiting and benefits administration processes (insurance, COBRA, FAMLI, unemployment).
· Experience in office administration.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay range and compensation package
· Salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 plus bonus opportunity.
