Regional Clinical Director

(aka: Our Traveling Clinical Coach)

Do you thrive on mentoring nurses, untangling tricky clinical puzzles, and racking up highway miles like a pro? Then you might just be the Regional Clinical Director we’ve been searching for. In this role, you’ll join our corporate clinical team and partner with our Regional Operations Director to make sure our facilities in Illinois and Missouri are running like a well-oiled (and well-documented) machine.

What you’ll be up to:

Coaching, developing, and cheering on our nursing teams in everything from quality measures to daily workflows.

Making regulatory compliance and QA look easy (okay, not easy… but you’ll make it look good).

Traveling across Illinois and Missouri — basically, you’ll become a connoisseur of gas station snacks.

Jumping in as interim Director of Nursing when the call comes. (Yes, sometimes you’ll wear the cape.)

Requirements

What makes you the right fit:

Licensed RN in Missouri (and Illinois preferred but not required) 

BSN or higher education.

Nursing Home Administrator license? We’ll definitely brag about you if you’ve got it.

At least 5 years of healthcare management experience (bonus points if it’s in long-term care, post-acute, or transitional care).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills that make people sit up and listen.

Comfort with financials, QA, and management processes (because clinical brilliance + business brains = unstoppable).

Basic computer skills — we won’t ask you to code, but you should be able to navigate an EMR without throwing your laptop.
