This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-value physical events and experiential solutions, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for the client.

Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary contact for a lead enterprise client, overseeing all aspects of the relationship and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
· Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, ensuring VDA’s physical solutions consistently align with their business goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers through weekly touchpoints, annual contracted events, and ongoing strategic conversations.
· Lead account planning and strategy sessions to align on priorities, deliverables, and future initiatives.
· Partner with a dedicated Key Account Administrator to develop and maintain efficient processes, including the organization of weekly meetings, yearly contracted events, internal team reviews, and client collaboration sessions.
· Act as a central liaison between client objectives and VDA’s internal teams—Design, Creative, Production, Project Management, and Logistics—ensuring seamless communication, accurate financial tracking, and confirmed sign-off on priorities.
Program Leadership
· Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale physical experiential programs, including tradeshows, exhibits, corporate meetings, and branded environments.
· Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges to maintain satisfaction and trust.
· Provide consultative guidance to help the client maximize impact and ROI from VDA’s solutions.
Financial & Contract Oversight
· Own revenue forecasting, margin management, and account profitability.
· Oversee RFP responses, statements of work, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.
· Track account performance and provide regular reporting and insights to client stakeholders and to senior leadership at VDA.
· Ensure operational excellence using Monday.com and other internal systems for project tracking and financial accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience
· 5+ years of account management and client services experience in experiential marketing, events, or a related industry.
· Demonstrated success managing a large-scale, strategic enterprise account with Fortune 500 or global organizations.
· Strong understanding of physical experiential solutions, including tradeshows, exhibits, and branded environments.
· Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and multi-stakeholder teams.
· Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, and P&L oversight.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
