 Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator


Location: Little Canada, MN (Note: This is fully on-site, in person role, and not a remote position)


Hours: 20-40 hours per week. Flexibility with schedule and days of the week for weekly work schedule.


About Clear Lakes Dental

Clear Lakes Dental is a rapidly growing dental group based in Minnesota, with a mission to expand opportunities for ambitious dentists to become successful practice owners. We are building a driven marketing and sales team to fuel this growth, and we’re looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join us.

You’ll work closely with Hannah R., Marketing Specialist, and our CLD team to directly impact CLD’s expansion by connecting with potential owner-dentists.


What You’ll Do (Main Duties and Priorities):

  • Outbound Sales & Cold Calling & Direct Texting: Make daily cold calls to potential franchise/ownership candidates to introduce CLD and set meetings.

  • CRM Management: Use our CRM (Pipedrive) to track activities, update contact information, log notes, and maintain pipeline accuracy.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with creating letters, mailers, and outreach campaigns. (We want your input, creativity, and expertise).

  • Communication: Clearly communicate what you’ve accomplished each day and where you need help—both verbally and through CRM updates.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Hannah Rowland (Marketing Specialist) to grow and refine our marketing efforts.

  • Personal Growth: Accept feedback, learn new skills, and actively develop as both a salesperson and marketer.


What We’re Looking For

  • 6–12 months of sales, customer service, or phone-based experience preferred (e.g., inside sales, call center, retail, fundraising, hospitality).

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, written).

  • Self-motivated and driven

  • Energy, resilience, and willingness to make many calls each day.

  • Ability to accept coaching and feedback, and put it into action.

  • Comfort with CRM software (experience with Pipedrive or similar is a plus).

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently.

Compensation:

  • $18–$20 per hour (part-time)

  • $37,000–$41,000 annual (full-time equivalent)

*** PLEASE NOTE: Compensation will depend on experience, hours, and growth potential. Performance-based incentives may also be considered for setting qualified meetings! Compensation has the potential to increase seeing the work ethic, and drive you bring to the table.
