The Sales Coordinator at Digital Remedy plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position sits at the intersection of sales, client management, and campaign execution, helping drive both revenue growth and client satisfaction. It provides hands-on exposure to the digital advertising ecosystem, offering a strong launchpad into the AdTech industry.
AdTech encompasses the software and tools used to buy, sell, manage, and measure digital ads—often leveraging programmatic and automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales process coordination
- Manage contracts, assist in creating media plans, and support the workflow from initial client contact through campaign execution.
- Build and track Insertion Orders against pre-defined media plans.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot), ensuring pipeline and sales activity are tracked and actionable.
- Coordinate client pitches, meetings, and events to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials that help secure new business
- Partner with ad operations and creative teams to schedule campaigns, monitor delivery, and gather client assets.
- Generate performance reports and support revenue forecasting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or digital media.
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player able to work with diverse work styles.
- Flexible, start-up mindset; comfortable stepping in where needed.
The base hourly compensation range for this role is $31.35 to $36.05. In addition to hourly rate, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan
