Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, SEO and emerging channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to drive client acquisition, retention and hospital visits
- Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to guide decision making
- Lead the SEO strategy to improve visibility and ranking and organic traffic growth
- Oversee and evolve online reputation and platform partnerships
- Lead team that monitors and responds to client reviews to enhance brand trust and credibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external agency partners, ensuring effective collaboration, accountability and delivery of results
- Develop the measurement and attribution strategy in partnership with external agencies and Finance
- Expand into new performance marketing channels (e.g. programmatic, affiliate marketing)
- Own test & learn agenda within and across digital marketing channels to optimize performance
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with CRM team to share insights to create richer audience profiles, align campaigns to increase impact and ensure consistent messaging
- Partner with IT to ensure website performance, analytics tracking and site speed are optimized for SEO and user experience
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to define hospital needs, support recruiting efforts and build a pipeline of high-performing marketing talent
- Collaborate with field marketing teams to drive success in new hospital openings and align local marketing strategies with broader performance marketing initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of performance marketing professionals

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, B2B and B2C. In addition, this position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field; MBA a plus
- Deep expertise in paid digital channels, SEO strategy, campaign optimization and analytics
- Strong track record of managing agency relationships and driving measurable ROI
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and results
- Strong collaborator who can build bridges across functions and levels
- Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement
