Summary
The Manager, Client Services is responsible for overseeing engagements with key Business Solution Group (BSG) club clients, driving revenue growth through consultative sales strategies and strategic account management. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts and converting them into revenue by effectively promoting and managing multiple BSG business solutions. Additionally, the Manager, Client Services provides leadership and development to a team of Client Partners, facilitating the support of club technology and product operations. The position includes accountability for managing budgets and increasing account revenues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages delivery of BSG product offerings to client clubs and partners, focusing on current and future needs.
- Oversees internal operations and ensures timely product/service delivery.
- Presents new opportunities to client management and executives.
- Works on-site with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Supervises club accounts and client partners.
- Leads consulting teams, including project tracking and business reviews.
- Manages digital marketing programs for segmentation, integration, and new products.
- Provides analytical support for marketing models and forecasts.
- Develops customer insights to guide engagement strategies across media channels.
- Ensures marketing and cross-functional team program requirements are met and results reported.
- Leads teams to analyze business cases for brand and growth initiatives.
- Participates in product strategy, roadmaps, and identifying BSG’s strategic direction.
- Contributes to planning and business development to sustain and grow revenue.
- Partners with BSG Leads and AAA departments to develop cross-channel engagement solutions.
- Assesses partnership and licensing opportunities.
- Facilitates contract development and management.
Requirements, Competencies, and Certifications:
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical subjects to varied audiences.
- Demonstrates forward-thinking and innovation in product development and strategy.
- Establishes clear objectives aligned with business vision and strategy.
- Strong business acumen; experienced in pricing models, proposal development, billing, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in interactive marketing, managing websites, social media, search, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in third-party demographic and psychographic data, household segmentation, and data sourcing.
- Proficient with statistical software (SAS, SPSS), SQL, database structures, and BI/dashboard tools.
- Thorough understanding of compliance requirements in data privacy, digital, and direct marketing.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent highly preferred.
- Five to seven years of proven success in sales, business development, e-marketing, or related roles, with a strong track record of converting opportunities into revenue.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in software, databases, e-marketing, and applications—preferably within an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales tools, leveraging technology to capture leads and drive revenue growth.
Hiring Range: $92,280 - $116,280
This position is also eligible for participation in AAA, Inc.'s Annual Incentive Plan.
