Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee and grow our inside sales team. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on building and leading a team of outbound representatives who will maximize our warm lead database. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives results through accountability, and ensures every customer interaction reflects the high standards of Semper Solaris.
Responsibilities:
- Team Oversight & Coaching
- Supervise daily inside sales operations in an onsite environment, ensuring reps follow best practices and company policies.
- Conduct daily check-ins, call monitoring, and coaching sessions to keep the team engaged and productive.
- Provide real-time support to reps during calls to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Hold the team accountable for call activity, referral generation, appointment-setting, contracts executed, and financing accuracy.
- Database & Lead Management
- Drive outbound calling campaigns focused on leveraging the company’s existing database of warm leads.
- Ensure the team maximizes lead engagement and moves prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Track performance metrics tied to lead follow-up, conversion rates, and overall pipeline management.
- Hiring, Training & Development
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of outbound inside sales reps focused on working warm leads.
- Oversee onboarding to ensure reps are proficient in scripts, financing portals, contract execution, and product knowledge.
- Deliver ongoing training sessions on sales techniques, objection handling, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and growth within the sales team.
- Sales & Contract Support
- Train and support reps in the use of financing portals to guide customers through payment and loan options.
- Ensure all contracts are executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company and partner requirements.
- Maintain high levels of quality control in customer agreements and documentation.
- Collaboration & Customer Support
- Partner with field sales, operations, and management to ensure smooth handoffs and excellent service delivery.
- Assist with escalated customer concerns, scheduling challenges, or contract-related issues.
- Provide feedback to leadership regarding sales processes, incentive programs, and lead quality.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center operations.
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role (hiring and training experience preferred).
- Experience with financing portals and executing residential sales contracts required.
- Strong ability to hire, train, coach, and hold teams accountable in an outbound sales environment.
- Proven success working with databases and converting warm leads into qualified appointments or closed contracts.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skills.
- Experience in residential home improvement, solar, roofing, or related industries is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and call tracking software.

Pay Rate: $68,640 yr. Plus commission and bonuses
