The von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort is seeking motivated Line Cooks to join our busy resort kitchen. Our culinary team takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes that combine farm-to-table dining with old-world European charm. We're looking to expand our culinary team with individuals who can bring both speed and precision to every plate.
As a Line Cook, you’ll:
- Prepare food to the chef’s specifications
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team while also being able to work independently
- Deliver consistent quality and presentation with every order
We have opportunities for both AM and PM shifts available!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
