Set up and maintain contracts, sales orders, and projects in NetSuite, ensuring terms and milestones are accurately captured. - Licensing & Commercial Controls
Assess license requests for eligibility, confirm billing status before issuance, and partner with Product to ensure license compatibility—protecting both revenue and product integrity. - Revenue, Forecasting & Invoicing
Prepare accurate invoices, support revenue recognition, and partner with Commercial to forecast revenue and project milestones. You’ll also help with debt collection activities and ensure billing structures are correctly applied. - Governance & Data Stewardship
Safeguard compliance with delegated authorities and maintain master data across customers, vendors, and projects. - Process Enablement, Training & Improvement
Train and support teams on NetSuite processes, contribute to automation initiatives, and improve forecasting and workflow efficiency. - Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure strict data accuracy, maintain audit-ready records, and uphold compliance policies.
