What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized and people-centered Talent & Success Coordinator to join our Employee Success team. This position plays a vital role in shaping the employee experience—from the first job posting through long-term career growth at Carey Services. The Coordinator will lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts, and support HR operations and compliance processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people with purpose-driven work and building a culture that retains talent and fosters belonging.

 

Hiring Timeline:

  • Application & Initial Review Period: September 19 – October 3, 2025
  • Phone Assessments: September 22 – October 8, 2025
  • Virtual Interviews: October 6, 7, or 10, 2025
  • Panel Interviews: October 13 – 14 (and possibly October 17 afternoon, if needed)
  • Estimated Offer Date: October 17, 2025
  • Start Date: October 20-November 3

As a Talent & Success Coordinator, You’ll Spend Your Days…

  • Coordinating recruitment and hiring processes in partnership with department leaders
  • Posting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying hiring documentation
  • Managing pre-employment screenings, background checks, and compliance
  • Planning and facilitating new employee orientations
  • Assisting with annual refresher trainings and supporting the training team as needed
  • Supporting employee engagement and retention strategies, including surveys and recognition programs
  • Helping track and analyze retention data and creating culture-focused action plans
  • Collaborating with the Advancement Team to align hiring campaigns with brand identity
  • Assisting in the development and review of HR policies and procedures
  • Providing backup support across Employee Success functions to maintain seamless operations

Ideal Experience, Background, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, onboarding systems, and compliance tools
  • Experience coordinating trainings, employee recognition programs, or culture-building activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other recruitment marketing tools
  • Understanding of HR compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., BQIS, BDS, CARF, OSHA)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to team collaboration

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License and agency insurability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience in recruitment, HR support, or a related field
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to demonstrate or support safety practices and intervention protocols
