Learn from Ag Partner’s experienced staff! We are seeking highly motivated Agronomy Operations Interns at multiple locations for the summer months of May to August. Our internship experience will offer valuable insight into the Agronomy Operations profession through mentorship and real-world experiences.

Requirements

We are seeking seasonal Agronomy Operations Interns at the following locations:

• Ellsworth, WI.

• Elgin, MN.

• Goodhue, MN.

• Kenyon, MN.

• Le Center, MN.

• Le Sueur, MN.

• Lewiston, MN.

• Morristown, MN.

• Stewartville, MN.


Responsibilities:

• Work alongside agronomy operations staff to safely deliver and distribute agronomy products.

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections to eliminate equipment downtime.

• Assist with in-season operations, including seed duties, delivery, sorting, and product returns.

• Assist with inventory management and warehouse procedures.

• Provide first-class customer service.

• Engage in real-life work experiences.

• Attend internship networking and development opportunities.


Qualifications preferred:

• Pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in an agricultural related major or program.

• Frequently move, lift, and carry boxes and tools weighing 50-60 pounds.

• Able to work extended hours during peak busy season, including weekends.

The starting pay range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on your job-related skills and experience. 


Temporary employees are eligible to join the 401(k)-retirement plan the start of the calendar quarter after working 30-days, and get an employer match of up to 4%. Interns will begin earning Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) after working 30 hours in a week.
