A newly NIH-funded position in basic molecular virology is available for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher focused on tumor virus-host cell interactions and cellular gene expression. The Hillman Cancer Center, Cancer Virology Program, comprised of 23 tenured faculty, is a well-funded and equipped, cutting-edge center for tumor virology research.

Qualifications:
- Requirements are: Laboratory skills (molecular biology/cell biology) and published research experience
- Experience in NGS data analysis for epigenetic gene regulation is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ph.D. or an M.D./Ph.D. in virology, cancer biology, or related field
- Publication record in relevant scientific journals
