MedCura Health are seeking a highly skilled and purpose-driven Executive Assistant to support our CEO in advancing the mission of our Federally Qualified Health Center. This pivotal role requires a strategic partner who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, demonstrates exceptional discretion, and brings a deep commitment to serving underserved communities. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, coordinate high-level communications, and ensure seamless execution of executive priorities.
Qualifications:- 5+ years supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Executive presence with strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Sound judgment, flexibility, and a thoughtful, people-centered approach.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including handling confidential tasks and special assignments as requested.
- Assist other members of the executive leadership team as needed, with approval from the CEO.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date administrative files and records for the Executive Office.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the CEO, board members, and designated staff.
- Support the preparation of audits, routine reports, and special projects by compiling, analyzing, and presenting relevant data.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports and materials for all board meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of board and staff meeting minutes, as well as related correspondence and documentation.
