Required Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Eligibility for dental licensure in the State of Maryland.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Strong communication skills, diplomacy, adaptability, and motivation.
  • Organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.

     

     

    Preferred Qualifications
     

  • Candidates with operative dentistry residency, master's, or Ph.D. degrees in a related content area, strong record of publications and scientific accomplishment, and dental educational research experience.
  • Ability to provide evidence of excellent university-level teaching and significant publications An understanding of initial considerations for restoration of single-tooth edentulism via implant dentistry and clinical experience with digital dentistry applications and workflow to include intraoral image acquisition and CAD/CAM of single-tooth restorations.

Hiring range: $135,000 - $165,000 per year (depending on academic rank and commensurate with education and experience).
