The position facilitates the conversion of referrals to admissions through the completion of the intake process and the use of effective phone and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Some college preferable.
- Skills:
- Must have 3 years’ experience in healthcare administrative or customer service industry
- Knowledge of hospice and home health programs is desirable.
- Organized, flexible, self-motivated with the ability to communicate with all levels of the medical team
- Ability to develop HPBC clinical knowledge base.
- Professional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and apply effective customer service skills
- Ability to establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Language Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
