What’s The Opportunity? 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Warehouse Associate to support the efficient operations of our warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing equipment for customer orders, as well as verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. The role requires the safe operation of forklifts and reach trucks to move materials, accurate picking and pulling of orders, and proper tagging and logging of returned or used items. The Equipment Warehouse Associate will also collaborate with the Inventory Control team to maintain accurate records of serialized equipment and ensure that warehouse and dock areas remain clean, safe, and well-organized.

What Will You Do? 

• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move equipment within the warehouse
• Verify incoming shipments and promptly report any discrepancies
• Tag, log, and track used or returned equipment
• Pull and stage equipment for shop setup and customer orders
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts and accuracy checks
• Maintain warehouse organization and ensure a clean, orderly work environment

What You Bring To The Table?  

• Previous warehouse or equipment handling experience (preferred)
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and reach trucks (certification a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking inventory
• Dependability and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on concrete floors for extended periods
• Willingness to assist with a variety of warehouse tasks as needed
