A key priority of this role is reaching out to those on the peripheries—both in the broader community and within the parish itself, especially those who are baptized but disengaged from parish life. This includes inactive Catholics, divorced or separated individuals, single-parent families, the elderly and homebound, young adults, teens without sacramental formation, and underserved cultural groups such as Indian, Filipino, and African descent families.

- Inactive or non-practicing Catholics
- Divorced and separated individuals
- Elderly and homebound parishioners
- Single parents
- Youth and young adults not engaged in catechesis or parish ministry
- Families who may feel disconnected from parish life from smaller ethnic groups.
- Disengaged families who send their children to Parish Faith Formation programs
2. Fellowship and Community Life
- Strengthen parish fellowship through activities that build authentic Christian community.
- Support new parishioner welcome initiatives and connect families with ministries.
- Promote intercultural unity and hospitality in the diverse community of Holy Trinity.
3. Stewardship
- Promote a culture of gratitude and generous stewardship of time, talent, and treasure.
- Lead the planning and execution of parish-wide stewardship and financial development campaigns, including annual appeals and capital campaigns.
- Provide training and formation for ministry leaders on stewardship as a way of life.
- Coordinate commitment weekends and campaign communication efforts.
Qualifications:
- Practicing Roman Catholic in full communion with the Church and committed to her teachings.
- Bachelor’s degree in theology, pastoral ministry, evangelization, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 3–5 years of experience in parish ministry, evangelization, stewardship, or leadership roles.
- Familiarity with Church documents, especially Evangelii Gaudium, Lumen Gentium, and Apostolicam Actuositatem.
- Proven ability to form and lead teams, plan events, organize campaigns, and work collaboratively in a parish setting.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to use technology and social media for evangelization and ministry coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of information or material obtained in the service of the parish or organizations.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Perform other duties as assigned by pastor.
Desired Personal Attributes:
- Joyful, welcoming, and missionary spirit.
- A heart for the marginalized, and those on the peripheries of the Church.
- Deep prayer life and love for the Eucharist and the Blessed Virgin Mary.
- Visionary leadership with pastoral sensitivity and cultural awareness.
