Customer Service Representative

Location: Edison, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Pay Rate: $17/hour + $5 per customer review + Monthly Bonuses

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Gathering key information from customers and understanding their needs

• Providing a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience

• Maintaining knowledge of products and services

• Handling inquiries and supporting customer concerns

• Taking on additional tasks as assigned

Compensation and Incentives

• $17.00 hourly base pay

• $5.00 bonus for each customer review collected

• Monthly bonuses distributed at the beginning of each month

• Opportunities for promotion and advancement based on performance

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Professional phone presence and communication skills

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Highly coachable with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Call center experience is a plus (training provided)

• Basic computer and typing skills required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Work Environment

• Call center setting

• In-person role at our Edison, NJ office

• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting
