Ready to craft top-quality HVAC systems? We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team. This role involves working in custom homes across Northern Virginia, focusing on installing ductwork and HVAC systems.
Duties:
- Install ductwork, furnaces, and HVAC systems in custom-built residential homes.
- Lead rough-in ductwork installations that meet unique design specifications.
- Set up furnaces and outdoor condenser units.
- Install line sets with precision and care.
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to adapt to construction changes while maintaining deadlines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sheet metal work.
- Ability to lift 75 - 100 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to safety and excellence.
