Schedule: - Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay Range: $57,500 - $60,000 annually.
Summary
The Service Coordinator II is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and service delivery of an assigned residential program and supervising a team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with policies and regulatory bodies. May be required to address urgent issues after hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervise and support program staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and professional development.
- Orient and train new staff to the residence and overall program specific technology, systems, required documentation and client support.
- Create schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and staffing levels for each shift align with applicable regulations and policies.
- Depending upon the residence, facilitate and oversee the medication self-administration process and ensure compliance with the protocol required by the assigned residence.
- For programs without required nursing oversight, ensures that client medications are available and disposed of at the time of discharge according to the protocol required by the assigned residence and staff are well trained in this process.
- Manage any medical, behavioral, emergency, or outside problems quickly and efficiently by helping keep the environment safe and notifying the proper authority or management staff as needed.
- Identify and report incidents and potential risk situations promptly, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, licensing, and regulatory standards in the residence.
- Ensure required documentation, policies and standards of work are being followed within the scope of organizational protocols.
- Provide direct care as needed to meet contractual and licensing regulatory requirements.
- Orient clients to the residence and review the program rules and regulations.
- Provide on-call support and respond to crises to ensure continuity and quality of services.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor census forecasts, staffing patterns and general overall concerns.
- Collaborate as needed with other departments to coordinate services and resources.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
- Attend meetings and training both on site and off site as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises recovery technician(s), case manager(s), recovery coach(es) and other positions as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least two years of leadership experience, ideally in a recovery or related residential program. An Associate’s degree and equivalent experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
