This full-time role is perfect for someone who’s energetic, strategic, and ready to lead. You’ll scout and secure high-traffic events, manage all the moving parts behind the scenes, and coach a team of event marketers to confidently represent our brand. The role is a Blended In-Office/In-Field role focused on evenings and weekends. 


From vendor relationships, to team scheduling, team coaching and to lead management, you’ll be the driving force behind our event success. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy, team leadership, and performance optimization—while building skills that translate across sales, operations, and beyond.

Position Details

Schedule: Workweek runs Thursday through Monday, with a mix of office and field work. Some evenings and weekends are required. Schedule details will be discussed during the interview.


Pay:

  • Base Pay: $25 to $30 Per hour; based on experience. 
  • Commissions: Competitive commission structure, including opportunities for monthly, override, and annual bonuses. 

Position Type: Full-time, benefited, non-exempt, at-will position.


Responsibilities

  • Identify event opportunities that align with target audiences and business goals 
  • Secure all logistics— from event set up, booth kit provision, staffing, and admin requirements 
  • Ensure each event drives brand visibility and meets lead generation targets
  • Build strong relationships with organizers and vendors to maximize ROI
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team of event marketers
  • Coach and develop team members to consistently hit lead goals
  • Create staffing schedules that ensure full coverage and smooth execution
  • Align team efforts with company values and performance priorities
  • Oversee booth operations focused on generating qualified leads
  • Monitor lead performance and adjust strategies using data-driven insights
  • Maintain alignment between team activities and company-wide objectives
  • Manage administrative tasks—scheduling, permitting, cost/invoicing, budgeting, and payroll
  • Track events, leads, and team metrics with accurate documentation
  • Report progress regularly, highlighting wins and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate across departments and company networks to support broader business initiatives
  • Adapt strategies to stay aligned with evolving goals and market conditions

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on event requirements and company needs.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Marketing/Business Degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication, listening, and multitasking abilities 
  • Calm under pressure with excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Proficient in mobile communication tools and effective relationship-building both in person and digitally
  • Confident working with diverse personalities and fostering strong connections with customers and team members 
  • Proficient computing skills; Microsoft 365, Excel, Company ERP, CRM, and BI systems
  • Able to type at least 55 WPM
  • Reliable transportation to event locations (must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass MVR check)
  • Consistently punctual and dependable for scheduled shifts
  • Prior sales experience is a plus
  • Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check

Working & Physical Conditions

  • Work takes place in both indoor office settings and dynamic event environments, including outdoor venues with varying weather and lighting conditions
  • Expected to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (6+ hours) during events, engaging with attendees and supporting team operations
  • Comfortable initiating conversations in crowded, fast-paced settings while managing booth presence and team coordination
  • Occasionally assists with event setup and teardown, including lifting and assembling tents, tables, signage, and marketing materials (up to 50 lbs) 
  • Occasionally transports event setup in personal vehicle
  • Physical stamina required for ongoing adjustments, equipment handling, and active supervision throughout the day
  • Office-based duties include sitting for extended periods, using software tools for scheduling, lead tracking, and reporting
  • Manual dexterity required for typing, data entry, and handling office or event materials
  • Clear verbal communication and auditory comprehension required for team leadership and customer interaction
  • Mobility required to navigate event sites efficiently and travel reliably to various work locations
