E Commerce Shipping and Support Associate na Goodwill of the Great Plains

We’re Hiring! Our E-Commerce Team is looking for a Shipping and Support Associate to join us! In this role, you’ll help pack and ship customer orders, support customers with questions, and pitch in with day-to-day tasks to keep things running smoothly. Position Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Wages: $16.53-$16.94 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship Shopgoodwill.com orders and book orders.
• Maintain high level of care in packing items to ensure they are not damaged in shipping.
• Print shipping labels and properly apply them to packages ready to be shipped.
• Transport packages ready to ship to the designated pickup area. 
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally and courteously with in-store pickups.
• Respond to customer inquiries through the Shopgoodwill customer service ticket system, email, and phone.
• List books for sale online using inventory management software.
• Perform departmental support-related duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Clean criminal background check
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English in order to navigate websites and respond to customers
• Ability to learn basic computer skills using MS Office and the shopgoodwill.com website.
