Role Overview
Our New Generation Systems (NGS) Business Excellence (BE) team is responsible for driving NGS strategic initiatives in quality, process and system improvements, aligning with our long-term vision and operational priorities.
We are seeking a Change Management Program Manager to join our team. In this role you will champion the people side of change across our organization and play a critical role ensuring successful adoption of business processes, systems, and organizational changes. You will partner with project teams, stakeholders, and leaders to drive engagement, reduce resistance, and foster long-term resilience to change.
This role is responsible for the design and delivery of practical, engaging change management strategies and training programs – empowering our people and teams, from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to executive Sponsors to lead and adapt to change effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership.
- Lead all aspects of change management for initiatives impacting business processes, systems, and organizational structures with minimal business disruption.
- Develop and deliver scalable change management training programs for all organizational levels, including SMEs, project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Partner with project teams and business leaders to assess change readiness and impacts, developing strategies to meet our people and business needs.
- Create and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training and reinforcement plans.
- Be a trusted partner, coaching teams and leaders to build resilience and adoption.
- Create a culture that embraces change, continuous improvement, and business excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in change management, project management or related field.
- Preferred: Change Practitioner Certification (e.g. Prosci) and experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence at all organizational levels, drive cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Active listener and skilled communicator, with the ability to clearly articulate benefits, risks, and strategies for change to all levels on an organization.
- Proven track record of creating and delivering engaging reports, presentations, training materials, and communications.
- Strategic thinker with a curious, innovative mindset and a willingness to challenge status quo.
- Organized self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in analyzing impacts of changes, assessing readiness, evaluating risk, and measuring adoption success, with the ability to create actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project, etc.)
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to travel 20%.
