Brand Merchant (Temporary) na 511 Tactical

As a Temporary Brand Merchant, you’ll help shape and execute merchandising strategies that connect with consumers, strengthen marketplace success, and drive business growth. This role partners across Merchandising, Planning, Product, and Marketing to support Line Architecture, build seasonal line plans, develop channel assortments, and keep in-season execution on track with financial goals and brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Support merchandising strategy: Contribute to Line Architecture for a gender or product category, ensuring alignment with consumer demand and growth objectives. Collaborate with Planning to support product creation efficiency and retail execution.
• Plan the business: Assist with seasonal Line Planning, maintaining the right balance of proven carryover styles and fresh, innovative offerings. Work with Product Management to connect trend and market insights to consumer needs.
• Build assortments: Create channel-specific assortments for e-commerce, stores, and wholesale, optimizing each for success. Help bring key seasonal stories to life across men’s, women’s, apparel, gear, and footwear.
• Execute in season: Partner with Planning, Commerce, and Marketing to review results and adjust plans as needed. Contribute to business reviews and decisions on order depth, lifecycle, pricing, and product presentation across touchpoints.

What You Bring

• Curiosity about consumer behavior and purchasing trends
• Understanding of retail dynamics across digital, DTC, and wholesale channels
• Awareness of merchandising and product trends
• Solid retail math skills (sales, inventory, margin, sell-through)
• Basic knowledge of store operations, e-commerce merchandising, and site management
• Collaborative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $38.00-$43.00 per hour
