Junior Flutter Developer
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Junior Flutter Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience. You will build cross-platform applications (iOS, Android, Web) using Flutter and Dart, contributing to features that drive real outcomes in healthcare.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain mobile and web apps using Flutter and Dart
Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver intuitive UI/UX
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and staging
Ensure cross-platform performance and compatibility (iOS, Android, Web)
Write clean, scalable, and testable code with clear documentation
Support test automation, CI/CD, and releases to app stores and web
Stay current on Flutter best practices and healthcare tech trends
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
2+ years of Flutter development experience with 2 or more shipped projects
Proficiency in Dart, Flutter framework, and component/state management
Experience building for iOS, Android, and Web
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and basic UI/UX principles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience with EMR/EHR integrations or workflows
U.S.-based and U.S. work authorization preferred
