Product Support : API & Automation Testing - Banking (Loans, Deposits, A/c’s & Payments) na Temenos Group AG

The Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team provides expert-level support to clients using Temenos products, including those in the implementation phase as well as live customers. PACS manages all client support requests, ensuring seamless product experience and client satisfaction.

Our team supports Internet and Mobile Banking, as well as product development and production support for Australian banks and other financial institutions globally.
Candidates with strong manual testing skills and prior banking domain experience are preferred. Conducting API testing (REST/JSON) and verifying integration workflows

Looking for Immediate Joiners/ candidates with less notice who Open to a hybrid work model (3 days working from office and 2 days working from home) 

• Perform API testing (REST/JSON) and validate integration workflows
• Implement and maintain test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing
  
• Work closely with developers, BA, and QA teams to ensure high-quality banking product delivery
  
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and support release cycles
  
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives)

• BE/BTech/MCA candidates with 4 to 7 years of API & Automation testing with banking domain experience in modules like Loans, Deposits, Accounts, and Payments, with a preference for Temenos T24 exposure
  
• Solid experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI).
  
• Strong banking domain knowledge — Loans, Deposits, Accounts, Payments.
  
• Knowledge of Temenos T24 and automation tools is  added advantage
  
• SQL skills for test data validation and backend verification.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Nice to have experience in performance testing (JMeter, k6)
