Major responsibilities: (most important tasks, not more than 8 headlines, defined in 2-3 sentences only).

1. Review QCP requirements

2. Review MTC/TC w.r.t applicable std. code and customer specifications.

3. Compile MTC, TC and reports per QCP scope

4. Prepare stage inspection reports (PMI, Hydro and strip test)

5. Prepare document dossier and offer to TPI/Customer

6. Resolve customer query while document review

Requirement profile:

Formal education: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Professional experience: 4 to 5 years

Defined competencies: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 4 to 5 years (Please mention Functional Skills and Behavioral Skills) Functional skills – Knowledge of various material std, customer specifications, codes etc. Basic knowledge of Metallurgy . familiar with QMS, EMS, OHSAS standards, 5S activities, Basic Knowledge of NDT, Knowledge of SAP – QM module. Behavioral Skills – Communication, Creativity, Decision making, Good organizer, positive attitude, smart worker, knowing customer needs, capable to understand & resolve customer, TPI, work related issues.
