We are recruiting an Innovation Manager to actively contribute to our global innovation function of the group.

Reports to: Head of Innovation & Strategic Programmes

Role Overview

As a key member of our Innovation & Strategic Programmes Team within the Innovation, Product & Consultancy team, you will play a leading role in shaping the future of mobility, with a strong emphasis on technological leadership and market innovation.

Your mission is to develop and deliver new and incremental margin streams, with particular attention to fostering open innovation, building a culture of marketing intelligence, and aligning experimentation with group-wide product and innovation strategies. You will champion the use of data and advanced analytics—especially as they relate to connected cars and autonomous driving—leveraging your passion for vehicle data to unlock real-world value. You will be expected to provide live and concrete use cases that demonstrate how vehicle-generated data can drive operational excellence, enhance customer experiences, and enable cutting-edge mobility solutions. Your expertise will help accelerate the group’s transition into new business models and advanced technologies within the mobility sector, ensuring that we are at the forefront of innovation in connected and autonomous vehicles.

Working collaboratively, you will help accelerate the group’s transition into new business models and technologies, both inside and beyond our sector.
