Team Global Express is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler to join our Operations team in Rosehill, NSW. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our customers, drivers, and internal teams — ensuring that deliveries, returns, and relocations are planned, scheduled, and executed seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and relocations of customer products to end users in line with agreed timeframes and service requirements.
  • Schedule Team Global Express and external resources to provide a reliable customer experience.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound calls/emails to update and confirm delivery information with customers.
  • Consolidate and share scheduling details with relevant stakeholders.
  • Enter accurate data into CRM/ERP/TMS systems for invoicing and tracking purposes.
  • Manage delivery schedules within Optimo and shared client resources.
  • Send timely notifications and operational communications to customers.
  • Complete reports and required documentation accurately and on time.
  • Follow Team Global Express Safety SOPs, OH&S policies, and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous transport, dispatch, or scheduling experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills — confident in dealing with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Proven organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using transport/logistics systems (FMS, Rockhopper, Data Warehouse, Crystal Reports, etc. desirable).
  • A safety-first mindset and commitment to workplace health and safety.
