Job purpose:

The Customer Service Representative at Aliaxis Iberia is a proactive and detail-oriented team player working in a larger customer service team. This role is key to ensuring smooth customer operations, efficient order fulfillment, and continuous improvement of our service processes.

On top of order handling, problem solving coming along it, and moderate data analysis and reporting, the role supports the Customer Service Manager in implementing strategic objectives and contributes to optimizing the way of working in the team.

Key responsibilities:

- Customer/stakeholder handling: Both written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish to provide end-to-end order process (first point of contact e.g. for status, deliveries, inventory inquiries, back orders).

- Order management and coordination: Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Working together with transport management, planning and warehouse for smooth customer experience.

- Data maintenance: Utilize SAP (Sales and Distribution module) for accurate order processing, tracking, and reporting

- Quality and compliance: Compliance with internal procedures. Complaints and returns handling.

- Reporting data analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to support customer service manager in monitoring KPIs and identifying trends or areas for improvement.

- Continuous improvement: Process improvement approach and Support the Customer Service Manager in executing strategic initiatives and achieving CS objectives.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Transport management, Supply chain excellence, Sales, Warehouse, Finance) to resolve issues, emergencies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- From 3-8 years of experience in supply chain and operational team (e.g. customer support, order management) is required. Preferably from B2B environment.

- Studies in related field.

- Fluent in English and Spanish.

- Good communication skills. Team spirit.

- Analytical mindset with reporting capabilities.

- Excel skills. Experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) would be a plus.

- Any certification in the supply chain field or process improvement would be a plus.
