Project Management

• Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously across commercial, retail, and residential sectors
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when required
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards

Client Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycle
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates
• Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and JLL standards
• Coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and testing
• Oversee handover process and defect rectification

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, and contractors
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Foster collaborative working relationships across all stakeholders
• Coordinate with various JLL service lines as required

Financial Management

• Monitor project budgets and control costs
• Process and approve invoices and change orders
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent qualification
• 8-10 years of proven experience in fit-out project management
• Experience in commercial real estate or construction industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and building systems
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software
• Understanding of MEP systems and coordination
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Mumbai/Maharashtra

• Financial acumen and budget management skills

Certifications (Preferred)

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Green building certifications (LEED, IGBC) would be an advantage
