Nonqualified Plan Intern na CAPTRUST

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Nonqualified Plan Intern to join our team in a support capacity. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional service to our Financial Advisors, Client Services professionals. As a Nonqualified Plan Intern, you will assist with a variety of projects and deliverables for both prospective and existing non-qualified plan clients. You’ll also support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving the overall client experience.

• Prepare non-qualified plan deliverables in response to advisor and advisor team requests
• Support strategic business initiatives, including the creation of marketing collateral and participation in system enhancements and projects; collaborate effectively across departments
• Scope and execute custom deliverables, such as analytics, investment comparisons, insurance evaluations, and educational resources
• Proactively identify challenges and independently design innovative, scalable solutions to improve processes and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance
• Prior experience preferred; previous experience in the investment industry is a plus

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional oral and written communications skills
• A high standard of professionalism (dress, manners, conduct)
• Proactive and meets deadlines
