About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join the team at our Brand-New Toowoomba site as an Internal Sales Consultant. This role is perfect for someone who loves a variety of tasks in their day to day.
*We are looking to start and commence training as soon as possible. Training will be located our Carole Park and Crestmead sites ahead of the grand opening, early February 2026. We are open to covering your travel expenses to and from Toowoomba or overnight stays away from home near the sites.
Responsibilities:
- Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
- Preparing sales quotes and orders
- Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
- Delivering excellent customer service and support through the sales process
- Supporting warehouse operations, including manifests, goods receipting, entering cycle count data and filing.
Requirements
- Standard hours 8am -4.30pm
- Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and part of the team
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
