About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI/ML solutions into our products.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and deploying models.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML systems.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with deep learning techniques and architectures.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
