Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm 40 hrs/wk

What You’ll Do:
Empower individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives by providing compassionate, hands-on support in a day program setting. 

  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, and feeding.
  • Implement individualized plans and use Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) to create a thoughtful and supportive environment.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging group and individual activities that maximize independence and community involvement.
  • Utilize adaptive equipment and communication tools to meet each individual's unique needs.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals served.

What You Bring: 

Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and make a difference in your community. 

Resilience: The physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support (up to 60 lbs). 

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
  • CNA certification or associate’s/bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
