The Product Marketing organization at PALFINGER is continuously growing to elevate our global market presence. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Specialist Go-to-Market Process and Operations, to support our team in Bergheim (Salzburg).

In this role, you will play a central part in designing, managing, and optimizing PALFINGER’s global Go-to-Market framework, ensuring that strategies and processes are structured, scalable, and consistently applied across product lines and regions. Acting as a key partner to Product Marketers, Product Management, Sales & Service, and Marketing & Communications, you will drive operational excellence and support timely, successful product launches worldwide.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Design and develop a scalable Go-to-Market framework with standardized workflows, templates, and governance models to guide planning and execution across HQ and regions
  • Lead the coordination of the Go-to-Market planning cycle, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure full alignment with the Sales & Operations Planning and Product Development Process
  • Act as the operational interface between Product Marketing, Sales & Service, Product Management, and Marketing & Communications to enable effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor G2M performance and drive continuous process improvement
  • Train and support global and regional teams to ensure adoption of G2M standards, tools, and best practices across all regions

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or Process Management in an international B2B environment, as well as proven expertise in Go-to-Market planning, product launch management, and process design
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and regions
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
